Hi Chelsea ๐ค Thank you so much for your support, I truly appreciate it! Hereโs a fresh Google Drive link for you to download the files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1d4d9dbiL_2jzIolXflChZQCmCH3iCrtC/view?usp=sharing The error you mentioned sometimes happens with WeTransfer, so Iโd recommend trying with Google Chrome if it comes up again. Hopefully this one works smoothly for you ๐ค I hope it runs perfectly in your game! Feel free to reach out anytime if you run into any other issues โจ

2025-10-29 20:13:22 +0000 UTCHey, I'm trying to download the cc files, and it keeps cancelling with one file called local-bartender.htm not found? Everytime I retry it cancels, and it downloads to a certain point then cancels again? Please can you advise? I really want this build as it's smaller and won't lag my game as much haha :)

2025-10-29 12:21:24 +0000 UTCHi there! ๐ค Thank you so much for your support, it really means a lot to me! It might be worth trying to re-download the files and place them into your Tray folder again โ sometimes a file can get skipped or incomplete during the first download. If the build isnโt showing up in your Library, here are a few things to check: ๐ Tray files installation: Make sure all the files inside the download folder (with .blueprint, .bpi, .trayitem extensions) are directly placed into your Tray folder: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray Please donโt put them in a subfolder โ they need to go straight into the Tray folder. ๐ ๏ธ In-game settings: Open your game and go to Gallery > My Library Make sure to tick the box โInclude Custom Contentโ โ otherwise the build wonโt appear. ๐ธ If itโs still not working, feel free to send me a screenshot on Instagram @bellavitasims or email me at bellavitasims@gmail.com, and Iโll take a look for you! Happy to help anytime ๐ค

2025-06-28 20:25:43 +0000 UTCHi Deepkia! ๐ Thank you so much for your supportโit truly means a lot! Just to confirm, is your game giving an error saying you need to remove the files? I recommend trying the steps below to reinstall everything correctly. If possible, use Chrome to download 1.Download all files mentioned in the postโincluding the Required CC link. 2.Extract everything, and place the .package files into your Mods folder. 3.Put the Tray files (they start with โ0x00โ) directly into your Tray folderโno subfolders. 4.In your game settings, make sure Enable Custom Content and Mods and Script Mods Allowed are both turned on. 5.In the Gallery, go to My Library and be sure to check Include Custom Content on the left panel. 6.Donโt forget to turn on the bb.moveobjects cheat before placing the lotโpress Ctrl + Shift + C and type bb.moveobjects. Let me know how it goes, and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions! If the problem continues, feel free to send me a screenshot on Instagram (@bellavitasims) or via email at bellavitasims@gmail.comโIโm happy to help! โค๏ธ
