A filthy hero who served the ideals of the thefts of One For All, long after the quirk was retrieved by its righteous master.
The sex-addicted beast was exhilarated to toy with its brand new plaything, turn it into a powerful Nomu to serve under AFO's lines, but its instincts led the animalistic breeder to make fun of the hero's attempt at "manhood", resulting in the transfer of Nomu Breeder DNA into the fallen hero.
Not able to satisfy her craving for fluid consumption, Nomu Breeder 2 covered its new property's body, as if it tried consume it through its bubbling, heated flesh, bathing it with its fluids and destroying its joke of a quirk.
Sucking, distoring the mass that conformed the hero, using its enormous nomu-feeders, blasting the thing's mind through each clapping of her volputuous buttocks, the Breeder's natural reaction was to reduce the already unimpressive stick of its toy into a restrained, oversentsitive bell.
Unable to give its inferior seed to reproduce, and punished to crave to be breed but never be able to produce Nomu-babys, Nomu-Toy 01 was born for the breeders to humiliate.
It was AFO's desire to deliver the ultimate punishment to those who resisted his reign for so long, and could not serve as Nomu nor Breeders for his army. To turn such enemies into something below the breeders was the price for them to pay.
