This file allows you to play any game, and whenever you lose, you will become a little bit dumber. It’s phrased very openly, you can either use it with other players who listened and play something like strip poker (or whatever) where you lose intelligence instead of clothes, or you can use it on your own. To activate it, you have to define what constitutes losing, and say “I bet my smarts”. The effects end when the winner of the game releases you, or the next time you sleep, whatever comes first.
