Added 2024-11-03 23:23:51 +0000 UTCGot started with scene 5 today. Don't know exactly how many renders. My goal was 100 for the weekend, but didn't hit that mark. Probably got to about 260 total. I booked a RL project that will take me away from the computer more or less entirely for 3 weeks, starting tomorrow, so I'm going to pause subscription charges as soon as I finish writing this. I think it's fair, you are supporting the development of Pecker PI, not the stand still:-) I'm going to hate to write this part, but there is no way I'll make the Christmas deadline. It was probably questionable regardless, but 3 weeks down isn't going to help. I will, however, post on sundays just not with images.

Again, I appreciate the trust, and I'd like to keep it that way. I can't with a straight face render 3 images a week for 3 weeks and call it progress. It will never be how I operate. I also like to keep the supporters, so this is how I feel it best for everyone involved.

In fact, I don't even mind if you didn't pause the billing. "You're pretty cool," and we trust you. I know some Devs that I used to support that didn't pause their billing EVEN WHEN THEY GHOST YOU FOR MONTHS, or ABANDONED THE GAME (HOW COULD THEY DO THAT TO US ๐คฌ??!!!) ๐ ... Sorry, sorry ๐. Some Devs do pause theirs... for personal reasons. But I guess that's up to you. You have a great one, and I guess I'll see youโON next week then ๐! CIAO โ๐ป!

2024-11-04 06:15:46 +0000 UTCReally appreciate that. As far as the pause goes, it stems from reading so many supporters that are unhappy with devs. And I want to be fair and transparent to the supporters I have. I also tend to put a lot of pressure on myself and this way I don't feel stressed:-)

I'm speaking for experience since I've supported other devs in the past, a lot of them tend to make poor excuse to delay updates. Here, there's really no reason to complain. You've been very efficent and you delivered every time
