The bigger story is Minnesotas sudden inability to hold a lead. They blew a 3-0 lead in the final 25MIN last week at SKC, they blew a lead in the final minute of normal time this week after getting what seemed to be an 87th minute winner at the penalty spot.

The galaxy bought him from the columbus crew after sending Dejan Jevoljic to SKC as a cheaper alternative. The galaxy had to sell some players because of roster rules, they were out of space in the cap. They had to cut down somewhere, so they sold Dejan and brought in Cristian who plays the same position but costs less. They also can’t make any summer signings, they are maxed out on all their roster spots…it just doesn’t look like it because several key pieces are out with longterm injuries.
