lol, glad I wasn't the only one who's brain immediately went that direction.

Mars Attacks - while actually a comedy and I love it now - really messed me up when I saw it in theaters. I had nightmares about my flesh being vaporized and turning into a skeleton. I was 5. Why’d my mom take me?? Who knows. I think I’m the target demo for the Nick fighter. Born in ‘89. I do remember Nick Arcade and I would love to see Nigel Thornberry (appropriately voiced by Tim Curry!) in a fighting game. Dumb. I love it.

Kelsey Matern

Does anyone know if there are any plans to do video podcasts?

Joshua Darden

I want to let y'all know that Company of Heroes 3 got announced and I'm excited.

The internet's general lack of love for The Adventures of Pete and Pete when discussing Nickelodeon content makes me feel old and disappointed and disappointed in being old.

Oh my god, yes. Poltergeist. The tree scene FUCKED me up as an 8 year old, and when I rewatched it a few years later the mirror scene did me in. I think my parents didn't let me see the mirror scene the first time.

Jack Sacks

I think that Nickelodeon game is being marketed towards adults and parents or something like that cause most of the roster is from cartoons that are over a decade or more old and even the ninja turtles are the 80s/90s versions as opposed to either of the two versions Nickelodeon produced in 2012 and 2018. I noticed this with Space Jam 2 as well with it's extended reference to The Matrix of all things and putting in the droogs from Clockwork Orange at the front of crowd shots. Things that children of today just wouldn't necessarily know. Is it just now easier to sell to kids through their nerd parents? Or are are the demographics just blurring together perhaps even going away altogether somehow?

I was an INCREDIBLY anxious kid, so I never did the whole "saw a movie I shouldn't have" EXCEPT for my dad showing me "Animal House" and "Caddyshack" when I was, I'm gonna say, 10. Sex scenes/nudity aside, I didn't get most of the jokes, but have obviously developed an appreciation for Caddyshack after the fact (haven't actually gone back to Animal House again). That and the Powdered Toast Man reference point means this is gonna be a WEIRD and wonderful episode for me to listen to!

Dr. Judge, Private Eye

Hey, does anyone know what program they use to stream their games ?

Petteri Ahlberg

What about Hell House?

Robert Forster

I’ve always been a big Alien fan. I hate Aliens.

Robert Forster

I watched Raiders on Laserdisc when I was 4 and I was fine.

Nigel Thornberry is worth knowing simply for the fact he was voiced by Tim Curry.

I think Ford cares very much about Indy, he is on record saying how Indy is his favourite character. So give Indy 5 a chance...its got a great director in Mangold and a terrific cast. And its Indy for heavens sake.

Dan Platt

Give us "Breaking Brad: Boomerang X" , you cowards!

Olav Valle

I am so glad you guys are back, it’s like going back home. I won’t shit on the other one, I still listen, but THIS is what I quiver with excitement for, when Patreon hits my supple ass up to let me know that you guys have dropped another one. Love you guys!

ajt2kxx

Oh man. I thought we were gonna get our first ham radio report from the team! I guess meat delivery is ok …

Matthew Taylor

Temple of Doom is my favorite of the series. Technically the first one is the best of all of them but ToD is just so much fun!
