2021-10-13 22:09:58 +0000 UTCI live in an apartment and my upstairs neighbor installed the wax on a toilet incorrectly, which resulted in their toilet leaking through the floor / my ceiling. So if you mess up the wax, I imagine it would “not be a good time”.
