Oi! Cate Blanchett is Australian

Graeme Hobbs

I’m with you, Vinny. Absolutely detest The Sun Also Rises, one of the worst books I've ever had the misfortune of reading.

Kevin Marshall

You guys gotta do The Young Pope sometime for more Jude Law. Probably his best performance. Also the Ripley tv show is great too, if only for gorgeous photography of Robert Elswit.

David

Highly recommend the 1960 version Purple Noon that Alex mentioned. Practically the same movie but just a beautifully shot and still the same tension even if you know where the story is going. Also Alain Delon gives an excellent performance as Ripley, even better than Damon in my opinion who was amazing.

Neil Marroquin

2:32:08 - There are two adaptations of Ripley's Game. The German/French The American Friend with Dennis Hopper playing Ripley and Ripley's Game with Malkovich as Ripley.

Dan Sillesen

Looking forward to this one - remember liking it, but haven't seen it since it was in the UK cinemas
