Schedule for the Week of 11/03/2025

It’s very Fall out here in New Jersey and that is very much my favorite season. What’s not my favorite season is shopping for health care season and my heart goes out to everyone else out there trying to navigate that poop storm in the U.S. right now. Ugh.

Let’s move on and talk about the exciting things going on this week, though they still include some horrors, just not necessarily in the who-thinks-this-system-is-working-and-how-on-earth-do-we-still-have-it kinda way! On Monday, Brad, Will, and I are finally jumping into ARC Raiders as it is now a real, released game. I’m really hoping that one lives up to the hype. On Tuesday, Alex and I will be playing some Silent Hill f, and if things go well, we might see it through in the next few weeks. Thursday will have a new episode of Mike and Vinny Destroy the World and on Friday it’s time to look at what Fortnite is doing with all the Simpsons stuff they have jammed in. We’ll be starting a little later than normal to get some Fortnite assistance from Will!

Over on the Podcast train we’ve got the start of our November turkey and action movie month with Ghosts of Mars. How does it hold up? Find out on the Watchcast! We’ll have the Ramblecast and Podcast, as per the usual, and also a Planorama going up towards the end of the week!

Lots of things I’m looking forward to this week, especially ARC and Silent Hill f!

Our third annual Turkey Month kicks off this week with a very bad sci-fi action movie by a person who usually makes enjoyable sci-fi action movies, John Carpenter! Ghosts of Mars is our first movie on this roster of dumb-ass action flicks, and boy howdy, is this one both dumb and ass.
