"Hidden between the mist of the ocean and the cliffs, between the stones and the waves, stands like an unbreakable lighthouse against the raging world, the monastery of the Sisters of Solitude, the Daughters of Volhynia.

An ancient temple dedicated to the contemplation and atonement of those souls who find no refuge in the storm of this cruel universe is home of one of the most feared and prepared elite units of the Empire of Sun, within its walls, the sweet songs of glory and emancipation, recited aloud from its towers are mixed with the clash of sabers and shields, composing the hymn of the end of days.

There are two doors to access this temple: the first, will only be opened if a descendant of the ancient families of Volhynia wants to honour her lineage by proving her worth on the battlefield, for this she must donate her dowry to The Sisters and live to the end of her days serving at her command. The other, small and rusty, lost among the narrow and damp caves that connect with the catacombs of the temple. The old order welcomes in its arms of steel those souls that have been swept away by the storm and after the shipwreck manages to crawl to the door of the Last Light where they will have to light the help candle and wait for one of the Sisters to listen their plea, showing that they still have the hope and courage necessary to belong to the order.

When a sister begins her training as a member of the order, she is subjected to several tests to prove her determination. She must be able to fend for herself, control hunger and thirst, handle the spear and the bow, and learn the dance and tactics that ensure the unit's success in combat. Their formation creates a strong bond between them, turning out to be one of the most dedicated regiments in the battle, stubborn and resistant, as the harshness of the combat intensifies, the greater will be their desire to avenge the fallen.

The Sisters of Solitude, daughters of Volhynia, are educated and trained following a strict code of conduct that prepares them to suffer the horrors of war, and to commit them. Her sabers, spears and arrows move like waves in the storm, following a choreography designed so that none of the movements can get in the way of her partner. Her shields form a walking cliff that resists the attacks and prepares the offensive, taking advantage of his agility over brute force, the technique is neat and without errors. Each regiment of sixteen is commanded by a High Sister, who will guide the others in the fight accompanied by a Combat Musician who will mark the tactics to follow with combat songs.

Their presence honours the other hosts of the army, being a sign of good luck in battle if a regiment of the Sisters shows up brandishing their steels and reciting the chants that imbue them with a supernatural presence, the first and last thing the army will hear in combat until the last enemy has fallen or the last sister stands."
