I can understand how everyone is kind of seeing the negativity on savas but can u really blame him when he was taken from his mother to be trained and hardened just like his father before him. This is generations of this he knew no other way of living besides his fathers law so is it really all his fault?

2018-06-29 16:03:51 +0000 UTCYou're not alone. While Ghoul Savas is really cool looking and he looks quite depressed (with good reason), I simply can't sympathize with it. He was a bad character with negative outweighing the good by loads. While dogs becoming ghouls is very sad (unless they are burned, because there's no way they can resurrect without a body, as we've seen so far), it is indeed 'punishment' for the ones who have done bad. It only becomes sad and 'logical' to become sympathetic with a dog being a ghoul when they were very good and overall did not deserve this. (for example: Fjordor's mate) In a way, becoming a ghoul is like Aedra's version of afterlife, except there's only hell, and the only way to go to 'heaven' is depending on if your family/friends/passerby's decide to burn your body to help your soul finally be put to rest.
