Netorase Phone version 0.12: The more, the merrier

This version adds Act X, including Chapters 27 and 28. This is now the longest act available.
This acts has a lot of choices and variant dialogues. Therefore, since I'm experimenting with that, it will also have a lot of route issues. I'm sorry for these, but I didn't have a lot of time on my hands, and underestimated the amount of text required for what I had planned. So that didn't leave me much time for testing, which means that I fully expect the first release to have quite a lot of errors.
I hope you'll excuse me for these issues. I have a few safety ideas to make them more common, but I didn't have enough time to implement them yet.
As I said in the previous Showcase, Chapter 26 is unchanged. The planned changes will happen in version 0.13. Again, I'm sorry for that.
Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy this update. As always, feedback is very welcome. =)

- Corrected multiple issues with misattributed interlocutors in group chats.
- Corrected an issue making the chats switch between solo and group chats for no reasons.
- Corrected an issue triggering some Dominant dialogues in any Tendency.
- Added pictures to Chapters 27 and 28, and to Act X trophy.
Known Issues:
- After being done playing the Pop It game, clicks are not registered anymore. As a temporary workaround, the game is now saved automatically after unlocking a picture that way, to make sure that, at least, you didn't lose anything.
Update notes for version 0.12:
Story:
- Added Chapters 27 and 28, making up Act X.
- Added a note after Chapter 26 warning that it will be reworked.
- 15 new Interludes.
- 52 new pictures.
Functionalities:
- Added the Pop It! application, allowing you to unlock interlude pictures you're missing.
- When viewing pictures in the Pictures app, you can use the left and right arrows to switch to other pictures.
- Loading a Memory now properly adds the Squaregram accounts you are supposed to have unlocked at that point.
- Pause and Fast Forward buttons in text apps have been moved to avoid cliking dialogues instead.
- Added a Setting to allow the game to run in the background (PC only).
- Act trophies now require all related chapters to be completed, and not only the last one anymore.
Issues corrections:
- Removed some UI scripts causing memory issues, in the hope (again...) of correcting freezes on Android phones.
- Corrected scrolling issues in the Pictures app, and added page navigation to the top of the list.
- Emojis are now assigned to the correct person when in group chats.
Known Issues:
- When loading a completed save from version 0.11, Ashley will always consider you've participated in her Chapter 25 teasing, even if you didn't.
What's next?
Well, first, correcting all the issues you'll probably find in version 0.12. 😅
After that, version 0.13. The goal for it is to add a new Chapter, and a Very Dominant route starting from an older chapter. It should release on November 12th.

2024-10-29 22:44:24 +0000 UTCAnother incredible update, this game is becoming better even more Content: Chapter 27: A very nice chapter, Oliver again making MC beg in very submissive route is just incredible, personally i love this, Laura sleeps in Nathan's house is kind cute but is a little strange, in contrast the dominant route with Oliver left makes no sense for Laura sleeps outside, maybe in next version we had a alternative route for this when Very dominant arrives Chapter 28: I really LOVED this chapter, for me the second best chapter in the game, create a gate for Laura make nude session with Joanna in future, a very nice night with Nathan, with shower sex, but for me the highlight of this chapter is Ashley, its just incredible she becoming dominant in both routes (more in very submissive of course) but the tease on the dominant route is just insane, i love the way she talked with Laura too, In very submissive we have fear Ashley dont arrives because of MC dick size, this is just incredible, and for me the cherry on the cake, RUINED ORGAMS AGAIN, i really love this, makes Ashley too cruel and too hot, maybe an idea for one next chapter is Ashley makes MC ruin his owm orgasm with text messages, Only waiting for Oliver makes MC have a ruined orgasm. Ch27: overall, I didn’t have a huge problem with it (even though there’s plenty of subtext that I find concerning), but I do get what other people are getting at. Even though I would prefer my partner to sleep somewhere safe if they are that exhausted, not getting a recap at all just because we decline it from Nathan does feel bad and kinda against what was agreed to. Didn’t mind Nathan recapping what happened for them but I don’t want it to become a regular thing. I won’t comment too much on the feeling like there’s a lack of “control” or dominant personality from the MC as that’s already being addressed, but it feels like Oliver gets to act more like her dom than we do and it being less of a dom MC and more of a slut Laura route that we have no real input on. As well as the MC starting to feel like just a safety net for her to return to but is preferring the other guys. Ch28: LOVED this chapter. So happy to see what I, and I’m sure many others, have been requesting to get added. Getting the MC actually involved and doing his part was awesome and I really hope to get more of that with more initiative from Ashley or the MC. I’ll need to replay the chapter to see the shower scene, but I opted to have Laura come home. Just felt better after what happened in ch27 and it was about time to show off our actions together to Ashley and Nathan. I don’t fully understand the complaints about his size though. Didn’t look small to me. Sure it’s smaller than what we’ve seen from Oliver or Nathan but it’s not that dramatic of a difference. Keep up the hard work, Stag. Looking forward as always to the next update!

The whole bj cum thing has been going on for a while. I think if this were more accurate by now we would be exploring creampies and sloppy seconds (can we please get on with it?) . Also, scenes of her with other men doesnt just have to be sex. You could show them kissing in public (with MCs approval of course). Really hoping Ashley plays a more pivotal role in cucking while Laura fucks others. Ok, thats my 2 cents! Keep up the great work stag.

Also, on the note of being uncomfortable with their relationship, on the Very Sub route during the first part of the chapter with Oliver if you suggest to her that Oliver shouldn't have to use condoms she says "Cucks don't get to decide that." A little disrespectful imo, even in character, but then at the end of that same recap if you tell her you wish he had cum inside her she says "I think I might like it too. I'll consider it." Okay, thanks for the consistency in tone there. That whole interaction just really rubbed me up the wrong way.

I would prefer if sleepovers were optional, and there was less intimacy between Laura and Nathan, i also didnt like that we didnt get a recap from Laura if we said no to Nathan, that feels wrong and against the spirit of the relationship, which is another thing that makes Nathan feel like a second boyfriend as she stayed with him instead of coming home to us and didnt even have the decency to give us a recap which is just adding insult to injury.

That made it just seem realistic to me. I didn't like Nathan giving us the rundown either though, must admit. The whole point of the premise is Laura teasing the MC, MC jerking off to her telling him how she got fucked. I understand wanting to innovate so it doesn't feel too repititious, but it was a misstep IMHO. It would be better I think if Ashley or Tara or Joanna or some other girl was watching and narrating events to us, rather than an after-action report from Nathan (or Oliver).

Having Laura sleep over felt far too intimate and made me feel uncomfortable with their relationship, then putting the blanket on her, ugh. Having Nathan give us the run down felt weird and out of place, and saying no just gives us no content. It feels like he has become a second boyfriend to her now with this update and i hate it, i wish it were optional and not forced down our throats. I really enjoyed the Ashley chapter and was so happy that the MC finally got some action, but the first chapter kind of ruined the whole update for me.

Sleepovers should be optional.

A few people seem to have a problem with Nathan retelling events to us directly, while Laura sleeps. I found it refreshing. It can get a bit repetitive if Laura always explains things in great detail over dozens of texts in a row, so I didn't mind the role Nathan played here. I thought the shower scene was great. I like that Laura and Nathan seem to be getting more comfortable and affectionate with one another. I agree with Emperor Titus, I think it would be great to have a route in which Laura and Nathan develop feelings for one another and perhaps date (use pet names, etc). I am not suggesting that Nathan would replace us or that Laura's new romantic/affectionate relationship with Nathan would be without our permission, as that would be counter to the spirit of the game (NTS, rather than NTR. Though there isn't a sharp line between the two.) There have been a few moments in which Nathan, Oliver, or Laura has sent pictures to us of times they've spent together that we didn't know about. Times when Laura has visited or dropped in on either Nathan or Oliver. I think those are also great additions to the story and I hope that Laura will get up to stuff that we only learn about some time after the fact.

Feedback: I'm most likely in the minority here, but are we ever going to get a feelings route where Laura develops feelings for one of the other guys? Nathan would make the most sense. It was kind of going that route during the chapter Laura went to the party. I'm not the biggest fan of never ending happy sharing cause its just not realistic. Also, it'd be easy to do this cause we've built a relationship with Ashley and she could keep the guy in the loop on the moves Laura is making. TBH another party chapter could be awesome. Finally, the ability for Laura or MC to go down an eventual cheat route would make sense realistically. MC on Dom route, reeling Ashley in and making her a one man girl for the MC would be clutch. Also, Ashley, Laura Nathan 3 some on Sub route and Ashley Laura MC Threesome on Dom route.

Overall thoughts: I absolutely hated the first chapter. Some of Laura's responses on both the Dominant and Submissive path don't make much sense contextually or in character. Also, FORCING us to either have Nathan tell us the story or eat shit does not feel good from the player's perspective imo. Hearing it from Nathan ROBS the bf of the intimate feeling of learning about what is happening from his gf alone. That is something they share and forcing us to share it with Nathan does not feel good (obviously when it's live like in the Speech to Text chapters it's different). Adding on to this, while it makes some sense for Laura to tell you to eat shit if you don't want to hear it from Nathan on the Sub path, it makes NO sense for Laura to refuse to tell you herself if you're on the Dom path. That just felt like being further railroaded illogically. Also, people complaining about Nathan feeling like a second boyfriend then having her sleep over at his house is wild. I personally enjoyed it but I'm curious if others did. The second chapter I enjoyed much more as it felt more believable and organic. The shower pic was extremely hot. My only complaint is that the bug with Ashley prevented me seeing her content which I don't hold against the you. Final, personal thoughts: I am personally getting pretty bored of the text recaps tbh. IRL by now we would be getting some videos or FaceTimes at the very least. Laura's comfortable showing herself half naked on the internet but not recording her sex for us? Also, I appreciate the edging/teasing the eventual creampie. But fucking hell give it to us please. Finally, PLEASE give an actual conversation between the mc and Laura about how what they are doing works emotionally. One of the biggest risks of this lifestyle is the woman developing feelings for the men she sleeps with. I am NOT asking for that to happen specifically, though if handled right it could still be NTS rather than NTR. What I AM asking for is for them to discuss the rules about feelings, how they feel about it, how she feels about the men, etc. This is not super sexy but it adds crucial context and makes it all feel more real. Thanks for reading. Still an awesome game, even if this wasn't my favorite update.

2024-10-22 11:44:37 +0000 UTCSome bugs found. At Nathan's place, in the first group chat part, Nathan's messages are being sent through Laura's contact. If that just means he's using Laura's phone, fine, but there's no mention of it and eventually it does seamlessly change to coming from 'Nathan' so I'll assume it's a bug just in case. Since when MC cums on Laura's face and sends him the picture, Laura is talking through 'Nathan' and Nathan is talking through 'Laura', I suspect I may be correct. On further testing, it happens in every group chat this update so a definite bug. For 28, at Joanna's place after the second picture, after the tendency dialogue, Laura sends eight (8) empty messages for some reason. She sends the submissive (blue) text, then the eight (8) empty messages on both dominant and submissive tendency. It seems like most of the content of Chapter 28 is being cut because of an Ashley bug (I said yes to Ashley teasing, Laura says Ashley says I said no, no scene plays). Also, I replayed the update on my dominant save and found out there's Ashley teasing in 27. I didn't get any in my submissive save. I suspect that one is tied to Oliver's presence for some reason. Don't know if that's intentional but it doesn't feel like it is. On a personal note, Chapter 27 sucks on my submissive save. I opted out of Oliver so no double header and no Ashley teasing (possibly bugged), and I didn't want to hear about Laura from Nathan so I just got no content at all. I get wanting to give players choices that matter, and sometimes those choices need to lead to "bad" options to make them mean anything, but I don't feel like not wanting to hear a recap from the guy when the whole point is the relationship between Laura and MC isn't an unreasonable standard. Wanting to hear what happened from the man, no matter what, feels much more fitting for the dominant route. And when I went back on the dominant save to check for bugs, I can confirm hearing it from Nathan instead of Laura was just weird. Again, personal taste. I also don't feel like Laura would give up the opportunity to tease MC just because it's 14 hours later, but maybe she's just putting up a front and doesn't like to be teasy. Yeah, fat chance. Another personal note, MC: "You're becoming such a slut" Laura: "I'm exactly how you made me!" feels a little more like a dominant dialogue than a submissive one (I got it on the sub route). Edit: I keep mixing up dom and sub because this is the only game I play that names its routes based on what Laura is doing, not what you're doing. So if you're submissive the route is dominant and vice versa. If anything sounds weird, that's why.
