This is quite a moral dilemma, where all choices are bad. On one hand, opening the gate to save Kargo and Ferah is a good thing, but it also risked letting Avanti in. On the other hand, not opening the gate would have been good too, as the tribe would remain safe, but Kargo and Ferah would have been killed. It is just that situation where you have to pick the best of bad decisions. I feel bad for Ronja, honestly. she only had a split second to pick a decision, and she probably would have been hated on no matter what choice she made. (Assuming Roamer would have been furious if Kargo and Ferah died.)

I'm also sure that Roamer would not have forgiven Ronja if she had commanded to not let them in. It would have crushed him to hear/watch them die

I feel like Vigr likely has a personal problem with them (esp Kargo in particular probably), perhaps from all the brainwashing Arenak and Ranach have done, since the leaders blamed Kargo and Ferah for the deaths of many of the Meteor members during their initial escape and even after the pair went into hiding. I imagine some of the males Kargo killed may also have been friends of Vigr. Vigr also participated in the capture of Kargo early on the comic when Ranach sent out the patrol, so can't imagine he's fond of him. And of course I think the whole Avanti situation and letting Kargo and Ferah in at the risk of putting the whole tribe in immediate danger also largely contributes to his anger.

I'm not surprised he's so mad, and I get it. I just hope he calms down and they can have a civil talk about this. I mean hell. Can you imagine what it would have done to the tribe if they did keep themselves safe by not letting them in? What hope do they have if they can't get anyone from the outside in? And imagine them watching the walls with two dead dogs at the doors because they also can't go out to dispose of them. Decaying, turning into night beasts.... No matter what, letting them in or not, was a bad situation for the tribe.

Vigr for Jarl 2019 - But no really, I can't exactly blame him. We're really not 100% sure how Virg feels about these two. And in his defense, considering he actually seems to give a crap about the tribe - They put the entire tribe in danger by letting these two in. I'm not against it totally cuz you know, story reasons BUT - The tribe has more to loose than the life of a criminal in this regard. I'm not a fan of Kargo, and he just forced himself upon them. (I know it was under crazy circumstances) but at the same time, he can't just come back to a tribe he left in the manner in which he did (Granted warranted for sure) and expect things to go his way or be hunky dory w/e. I dunno - Fremja is also one of my faves and I don't like how he just shoved the door into her (Scared/freaked out or not I do not care). Just - I hope they hear Vigr out cuz to be honest I like him.

Everyone's commenting on Vigr but Ronja did NOT expect that reaction from him lol

That dominant lifted tail though!

Viktor

While I don't particularly like Kargo right now.. having two more fully capable adults in the tribe may be a good thing if they do have to fight Avanti..

Mew Wolf

Hahahah XD As a Potterhead, I know reference XD

Tora Collita

Vigr could probably also have a personal problem with Kargo or Ferah? Guess we will know soon.

lynxir

Yup, Vigr NOT amused! But can you blame him? They almost let Avanti in all for the sake of his baron’s ex and friend! He’s also probably mad that they now have even more mouths to feed.

Spiritstrike

Yup, this will be an awkward reunion

Yami

not a happy doggie..

crypticity

HAVE YOU LOST YOUR BONEDAMN MINDS!!! - Vigr asked calmy.

Michelle Koenders

Vigr is probably upset because they let Kargo and Ferah in and risked letting Avanti in as well.

Kei

Whoa, someone's mad

Tora Collita
