Wiki says that taming of Imperial Moose is quite rare & that Matriarch, at the time of Home, is the only one who has a domesticated herd of them. This one here gives me a hint that not only it's a (now fully? domesticated) descendant of the Imperial Moose like someone mentioned above, but that it's also been at least several -decades- if not a whole hundred of years since Home events, enough for inhabitants to learn and develop agriculture. Curious what the other inventions will be, ploughing is already a very cool one!
