Future comic concept art
Added 2024-10-01 11:47:26 +0000 UTCI really would like to see more buildings and such in the next comic as we've already written scenes that happen in places like these >.>
While I'm afraid of setting things up to be too hard to draw, I also want to challenge myself to draw something new.
For comics you can't just draw a building once and that's it, we will see it throughout the seasons and from several angles depending on the angle we see the characters from. So while I was making these I tried to simplify things as much as possible. The way the beams are set up we still need to figure out though, for now most of it is missing on the interior shot.
I find that structures are faster to complete if I leave the sketch layer on, so backgrounds may have a more sketchy look in the next comic, at least on the distant shots, close ups can be more detailed.

2024-10-01 23:55:52 +0000 UTCI love this and the thought you are putting into it. It really does take a lot of forethought for things like this and I’ve heard people make 3D models of buildings in order to help them with details and perspective. You’ve got this and I eagerly look forward to it!
