No, it's not sad to be happy as a single person! I also feel so happy being single - I was in a four year relationship, ENGAGED by the end, and then cut that shit off four months later for multiple reasons. But seriously, since then I've just been chilling. Platonic relationships have so much more value to me now, and also just taking care of myself. And if something romantic comes along, then we'll see. But I stopped forcing those things because it's just so much nicer being alone most times 😅
