Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Purple Rescue Team

it's (probably) not going to become a series and stay as a one-off comic page, since i still got PMD: The Rogue Team to work on! but this idea just wouldn't leave my head until i put it on paper.
it's an alternate universe to the original Rescue Team games. Instead of Pikaru (the partner pokΓ©mon) finding Rain (the player character), what if she was first found by Team Meanies instead?
the main thing that motivated me to draw this was the final panel ;v; just, i have A Thing for lines that are completely harmless in the original story, but have a whole other meaning in the right context.
will i develop this AU further? maybe. maybe you'll see more of this stuff, once in a while. you can bet this storyline is going to be a trainwreck of feels :')
