Patreon update: Credit Scroll

For this video I put everyone who was pledged for any amount of money and time while I was working on this video into the credits because I wanted to thank everyone since there was no announcement about the credit scroll itself. Moving forward, the credit scroll is going to be a reward tier for $5 and higher donors. I didn't want there to be any confusion about this when the Surge 2 review drops, so I figured it'd be best to give a clear update for y'all on it since I'm not sure if Patreon updates you when I change the reward tiers themselves.
