And regarding the false positives - if somebody manages to scrape powdercoating off their piercing by accident, they're probably severly injured.

The ring can only be removed by loosening the small well-integrated nut on the right side. Attempting to turn the nut with pliers or other inappropriate tooling (which is basically any tool found at home) will not only severely mark the powder coating of the ring, but due to high material hardness and half-spherical shape of the nut the tool will at no point be able to actually get the neccassary grip to even start the attempt of actually applying torque.

Tamper-evidence is good. Is it achieved through delicate scratch-prone paint? Are there any false-positive cases?
