I have used my experience from my elite career and from working with world class athletes both as a coach and physiotherapist to craft what I believe is the most effective strength routines that you can do without any equipment needed. If you want to improve your running and stay injury free I really recommend doing these kinds of short strength workouts that strengthen all running relevant muscles and give you increased stability. In this package you get 3 programs: one 20min follow along video where I coach you through the program. And two additional programs with video demonstration of the exercise and how much you should do of each exercise. I recommend doing a workout like this twice a week.
