It’s an article from the Dec. 7, 1980 edition of the Arkansas Gazette about an AMAZING article Joe Bob’s friend, John Bloom, wrote for Texas Monthly called “The Italian Connection”. I was trying to get the actual article he wrote posted for you, too, but Texas Monthly doesn’t currently have it posted so I’m gonna have to dig a lil’ to find it. So worth it, though…it’s insane what JB went through for that undercover art theft expose!!
In the meantime, please enjoy this piece of JB history (sent in by a classmate of his, and scanned for us by our friend Ben Nagy…Thanks, Ben! ❤️)
