Comments

I found the posted time codes to have flaws in them. There are 33 time codes but only 30 breaks and missing breaks. This creates issues such as where there's an additional break in the 3rd film where Donna leaves the van which needs to be set, otherwise JBB is talking about things that haven't happened yet and describing people inaccurately as a consequence of this. Sometimes the time code cuts back to a scene that hasn't cut away yet such as when it cuts back to a crow flying away in the scene prior to the break. Most notably JBB refers to movie history when Jason takes his mask, but the audience hasn't seen this yet. I procured a VHS of the marathon and have restored the commercials where possible while noting that there were TNT shorts that were understandably omitted from the Patreon video (they're unimportant). The following is set for the Blue Ray release for the films because I felt that would be the most accessible for audiences, but I have posted taken the format of Ben Nagy's fantastic work and posted what happens in the film as well as the time code. In parenthesis, I've listed the JBB break in the video as well as identified the break so that others should be able to correct any issues they may encounter. Alright, let's do this...

New to the Lost Drive In, sad I waited so long but this is such a treat! TY!

Wow thank you!!!!

Thanks Darcy!

Oh hay! All this F13 speculation re:S4E2. Still hoping for it but I forgot we can hear JB’s previous comments here!

Staying up all night to watch this with my brother and cousins is one of my favorite childhood memories.

I remember staying up to Part V that night before falling asleep. Great to finally see the rest of this over twenty years later! It's crazy to me that he rates 5 higher than 3 or 6! Come on, Joe Bob! 5 was the worst of the original 8!

This just made my day. The wife and I do a weekend long horror marathon every year for our anniversary. This year is our 13th and we already decided that the entire series would only be correct for this year. Now we get to have half of it with Joe Bob!!!’ Thank you so much!!

My dream is for TLDI to do the remaining six movies surrounding a similar premise.

Can’t wait for time codes so I can enjoy this properly!! Thanks so much!

Im pretty psyched to have this. im going to give it a go, time codes arent that important.
