Loved this so much! I seriously had the thought during the Cinco de Fucking Mayo episode that the “just Joe Bob” could be edited into a podcast. Sincerely hope something along those lines happens ❤️to both of y’all!

Nice episode! Yeah, Turn JB on to some well researched pods, and mention the beauty of it is instant and perpetual residuals. It ain't talk radio, and some famous talk show hosts (Conan O'Brien is a personal favorie) talk about how the like the format with some guests. because they get beyond promotion and either have a deep conversation or just crack each other up or both.

This was a great episode. We all heard JB commit to doing more pod with you.

I loved hearing you both today. Joe Bob could totally do a podcast, maybe just needs some Lone Stars (or some of those pagan herbs). I was a little disappointed just now to see that the audiobook of "Evidence of Love: A True Story of Passion and Death in the Suburbs" wasn't narrated by Joe Bob. I think I'll read it so I can imagine it all in his voice.

I say met but I was uncharacteristically shy in Darcy's presence, both times! Until I got smashed at Jamboree 2 lol

He mentions the comic shop meet-and-greet that no one showed up to. I met JB and Darcy at TX Frightmare 19 and the line snaked around the room. Did the con thing blow up after TLDI? I still kick myself for missing the Arkansas con just before the original marathon.

Thank you. Sounds great. We will be flying in, so we will buy a few things when we get there, like lawn chairs and a cooler. We will definitely stay at the hotel. I haven't gone on a big vacation since before the pandemic.
