We've been making an effort thus far not to focus too much on internal US politics (for example, the first 3 stories in episode 2 and the last 2 in episode 1 didn't require any knowledge or interest in US politics), so more than half the stories we've chosen to cover aren't "politics" based, even if they are US based (I'd like to think we can all laugh at Paltrow's steamed vagina regardless of nationality.) That being said, Heath and I are obviously far more familiar with US politics than those of any other region, and about 90% of our audience with the SA is in the US. We're definitely trying to keep our international listeners in mind, but the percent of the show devoted to US politics will likely stay the same.
