Hi guys, I'm a Medical Laboratory Scientist and perform said poop testing. Lemme help you a little. Since you failed to divine the proper way to provide a fecal specimen that lab probably had to send it out to reference lab, that promptly rejected it. Thus asking for a new sample properly collected and packaged. When the Dr. was trying to hand it back to you, (chances are this is not the first time your evervisant demeanor tested everyone's patience) he/she was probably trying to do you favor and have a small dig. So please do your friendly unseen but essential laboratory scientist a favor and collect the sample correctly, so we can give you accurate results. AND......lab people do not handle the bill anymore than the Dr. does.
