Chapter 4 progress update

Right now, the chapter is sitting at about 27,000 words, with over 900 renders and about 50 animations. There's a lot going on in chapter 4, and we're covering ground as quickly as we can. Lots of it is really heavy stuff, but we've got plenty of lighthearted and (hopefully) fun moments in there as well.
We have 15 scenes or scene variants complete out of a potential 27 scenes in total. It's a big chapter, but that's mostly because of the various paths and such. We're trying to ensure this feels like a complete chapter regardless of the path you take, so there's a lot going into it. Of course, if you're on any of the multi-girl paths you'll definitely experience more of the game than if you're on a solo path.
The only thing slowing us down at this point is how fast Storm can write. Slockie is knocking things out of the park with his render times, fueled in part by his new GPU. Storm is settled in to his new place and is (mostly) well after his illnesses, so he's able to really hunker down and get things knocked out.
We expect this coming week will be particularly productive, so we'll put out another progress report next weekend and you can see how fast we're getting through things.
