Group Project

We have the tracking sheet ready for use for the brave souls sharing their own progress. Of course if anyone else would like to join, or if your email somehow fell through the cracks, let me know and I'll add you as well.

My current workout has been added and I'll fill it out with the weights each day I go to the gym. I've been mixing up the workouts lately and doing more variety which has been nice and more cardio and ab work too. From these changes, my sleep quality has improved and I just feel better in general. I'm going on a hike with a friend this week with a weighted vest which I'm pretty nervous about.... the hike is already kind of tough for me since it's so steep at parts and about five miles long.

I've decided to give a CPAP machine a try again, as much as I hate them, one is becoming needed for me if I plan on even trying to maintain the weight, much less increase it. When Adam was here he said I looked like the girl from the exorcist the way I was moving and the noises I made while sleeping. I'm no expert, but that doesn't sound good and explains my decline in energy and mood the past couple weeks.

Like I said, the extra cardio seems to have helped some but I want to tackle this from two sides and I've heard that a CPAP even helps in the gym since it makes sleeping more restful so I can convince myself it's worth it from that perspective alone.
