God's ways

Good morning!

Purification comes in different ways and one way that I’ve been noticing God at work is through people pointing me toward some of His divine characteristics.

One friend shows me continual grace and every time I talk to him, I sense God’s love free of all condemnation. I feel empowered to live for Him and I feel good about who I am. What an incredible friend to be able to provide that for me!

I have another friend that when we get caught in a revolving door of confusion or uncertainty, can see it and can calmly stop that revolving door and will hold it so I can get out safely! Haha. The imagery is so true in a metaphorical sense.

Another friend has been showing me how God offers Himself with the only expectation being that I trust in Him. Through my friend’s actions and calm demeanor no matter what I am struggling with, I realize I can trust that no matter what I say, he will be steady and remind me of who I am and that I have what I need inside. God does this for us but we can so easily lose sight of this because of our own hangups. At least that is my observation of myself!

I’m so grateful for those people in my life who are helping refine me and shining the light when sometimes it can feel so dark!
