Anxiety can be used to terrify or to notify us. Another truth bomb from Pastor Seth :)
How wonderful to use an emotion that most of us try to avoid as a tool for good.
As he pointed out, Emotions are Energy in Motion……..E-Motion.
If we let thoughts and fears overtake us, God gets squeezed out. God has an eternal perspective and we tend to see what is right in front of us.
As we remember God’s goodness in the past, we can be sure He won’t leave us on our own to figure things out in the present or the future!
