God wastes nothing

God wastes nothing. He is Love and He is the author of feelings. He can even make negative feelings work out for our good.
I seem to always want to run from a negative feeling. When I bring it to God and ask Him about it, He amazingly shows me the roots and the solutions. Sometimes it’s a process and sometimes it is quickly handled. But, I have never found that level of understanding through any other method.
No wonder! He made us, so of course He is the one who is going to know, understand and help us sort through all of those things, those feelings and bring good out of them!
Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. Romans 8:26
