Weekly Update #62

Last week was a weird one. I felt bad and irresponsible because I didn't start writing until so late in the week, but because I took the start of the week off, I was much less stressed and I ended up writing, in my opinion, some of the best chapters for all of my stories in the past few days. So, while I felt bad for not being done sooner with last week's chapters, I feel satisfied with myself as a writer.

It's all very conflicting.

Huh. There just hasn't been many links that I feel have been worth sharing lately.

38 hours, about 23,410 words. About average and what I like to be around, and that's not counting the vast majority of some side writing I was doing for fun.

The True Endgame

I'm not going to say much again because there isn't much to say other than that I'm just really happy with all the chapters this week. I'm also super tired. Anyways, fans of real life segments should definitely enjoy last week's and this week's chapter! They might not be the best chapters, but I think they'll definitely be the best real life chapters.

They're all just so precious together.

Ero Dungeon Online

I feel bad for the people who like EDE more than EDO... but I think EDO is just vastly superior in every way already. The only thing it's lacking is a "serious" plot, but like I've said before, EDE was never supposed to be anywhere near as serious as it got. I just feel like EDO is already so much better than EDE was at about the same amount of words written. I also love Lily even more now. She was already, you know, perfect, and now she's even more perfect. She also gets a new dynamic added to hers and Damian's relationship, and they're just going to be so cute together.

The Queen's Hound

Well, I can't really talk about the stuff I'm super happy with without it being a big spoiler, but I will say that the T.S. has struck again but with a twist. I personally love the "twist." I also think I did a good job of setting up the last chapter to seem like it was going to go one way and then ending the way it did instead. Or, you know, as the glorious, 10/10 writers who are D&D would say, "subverting expectations."

But nah, I don't think it was anything as serious as that. I just bet that some people at least are going to take the situation and expect the worst to happen before finishing and seeing what actually happens.

Also I forget if I mentioned this last week, but I might be getting a pinup picture of Zurie done.

Lazy Dragon Queen

I finished last week's chapter with zero idea of how this week's chapter was going to go down, and I personally think it couldn't have gone better. This week's chapter will wrap up the fighting for this volume! And then I'm sure some are interested in what's going to be coming after that!

CORE

tfw Daddy CORE isn't real

I think I love him more than his waifus. The girls are great, too, but CORE is the real best girl of the series. He's just so perfect and all my future ideas for him make him even more perfect and I can't wait and just ugh. He might honestly be my most favorite character out of all of my stories. I just need more of him and always look forward to writing more of him.  I absolutely can't wait to get him illustrated.

In Closing

Because I have weird habits when it comes to getting all my writing done at the last minute, I've been writing more or less for the past 17 hours or so and am now ready to go to sleep at 10:13am.
