Have you heard of Dopamine Detox? It basically is a set period of time that you distance yourself from "junk dopamine" in order to reset your mind and body and focus on what you truly value.
What kinds of things are "junk dopamine"?
๐doom scrolling/social media/news/video games
๐junk food/sugar/alcohol/drugs
๐online shopping/gambling/dating apps
What the heck can you do during a detox?
๐ดget outside
๐ดmove your body
๐ดspend time with friends/family
๐ดread/pray/meditate
๐ดreflect
Do you see a need for a detox? If so, I am most likely going to put together a community for this. Better together! If I don't have takers, I will do it on my own but it's more fun with friends!
