Watching Blizzard: Finally, a weekend
Added 2018-05-11 23:31:37 +0000 UTC
It’s the weekend, which I am totally ready for. I’ve got my drinks, I’ve got my snacks, and now it’s time for some WoW.
What? Is there something else you lot do on the weekend, because I’m really just planning on running some dungeons. I have a list of quests that I’m hoping not to have before Monday. Who’s with me?!
Well, whether you’re dungeon-running or not, it is the weekend, and before we get started, let’s take a quick look at the end of week news.
Some good news about the global cooldown
- After adding tons of abilities to the GCD, Blizzard is finally removing a few. Racial abilities and on-use trinkets won’t be on the cooldown. At least until the devs change their mind about the matter.
Ready to get PVPing in Battle for Azeroth?
Looking forward to BlizzCon, but don’t want to travel all the way to California?
Diablo has some great lore
- And we really wish the game would do something about it. But in lieu of new gameplay or stories, Rossi tells about Imperius in today’s Know Your Lore.
Another day, another hero rework
And speaking of reworks, they won’t all make Overwatch League’s Stage 4
- Sorry, fans of the recently reworked Hanzo, because Overwatch League Stage 4 will feature Hanzo Classic. However, it will also feature Brigitte Classic, without her recent nerfs. I’m looking forward to seeing Geguri in action on Brigitte, who will be making her first League appearance.
A day in the life…
- Today, Rossi wrote up a character profile for Zelia. If you like Blood Elves, Engineering, and/or smashing demons, this is a fun slice of life of a not-so-average Blood Elf.
- We write these for supporters at the $25 level (though we are admittedly quite a bit behind on getting them written). If you want one of your own, just support us at $25 for one month and put in a profile request. (And for those of you who want a profile but don’t want it published publicly, just say so and it will be something just for you.)
That’s all for now, so until next time, this is Liz, signing out.
