Blog post - Corona, Workouts and Motivation

Hi my friends. 

I hope this week has had a great start for all of you. As for me, I feel like I am struggling with the energy level as for right now. I am still drawing myself to the gym almost every morning (pictures from todays 05.00 morning workout) but I just do not have the same energy level as I use to have. But at least I go there ☺️ I know energy levels and motivations sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down. But, at least I am starting to see results in the gym now with my new workout split (that I shared with you a few weeks ago) so that is at least some boost to the motivation. I will do an update later on where I share my results and thoughts on how the workout split I created worked out for me. I always like to try new and fun ways to workout and that is usually also how I keep myself motivated to go the the gym week after week. A trick is to take it one day at the time and in the end the days has just went buy so fast and you are standing there with the results of your hard work. To push things ahead is usually never a good option. That is why I still go even if my energy is low. 

About something complete different (or maybe not, who knows, maybe I feel low on energy because of the social stress about corona now🤔) I feel like there is a lot of stress over the Corona virus right now. Here in Sweden big companies has started to shut down and I feel a bit stressed about what will happened in the near future now. Because my everyday job is depending on beign able to actually go to the job (I cannot work from home with my flower work). So maybe if they make a quarantine (as they just did in Italy) I have to focus on only youtube, Patreon and other social medias for a while, haha.  Is it the same in the countries that you live in? Is it a social stress about the Corona virus also? I also have a trip with my mum and sister booked 2 months from now, but I am starting to get worried if we can even go now 😕

Anyhow, I just felt like I wanted to write a little bit how I am feeling at the moment. I hope to see you in coming posts this week and do not forget to check out my youtube video today that is up in a little more than 2 hours, see U there!

Wonderful for you to reach out. Perhaps the entire YouTube family can find motivation in each other. I respect you not letting the lower energy bring you down. My best cardio generally comes from outdoors fast paced long distance. Not great in cold weather. We recently had an earlier warm burst here so I was excited to get out before the cold returned. I weight myself customarily after starting long distance again and gained some weight off season. A bit disappointed but still motivated like yourself to get back to intense cardio workouts with spring approaching. I truly wish you the best with your workouts and especially any potential quarantines. 💕 I was caught off guard with people’s concerns about receiving packages from China as corona virus does not survive outside the body long. (Thanks for the great advice in your reply). It seems the unknown can add to fear. If you were considering adding any informational video to calm people’s anxieties, may I suggest the World Health Organization (WHO) has guidelines under their COVID-19 Q&A officially addressing it’s SAFE to receive packages corona virus affected areas & how long the virus survives on surfaces.
