Weekly Update - 15th of September

Hey friends,

Bigger update this time than last, but a mixed bag.

Firstly, I'm going to pause your subscriptions next month, as I do not feel comfortable charging when I'm so behind on everything. Unfortunately, everything has sort of added up and it's too much of a mental load, and this way I can relax next month and work at a softer pace to catch up to things, without needing to worry about deadlines.

What this means for the various stories is that September's monthly exclusive will be finished in October - I am not going to manage a full story chapter in two weeks, haha - but that should be okay, as nobody will be charged an extra month for such. It also means I can catch up on Sephalla and what comes next (I forget right now!) without worrying about any of that stuff.

Overall I'm not in a bad place, but I think the compounding of those three bad weeks (mid-August, late-August, first week of September) have simply left me with too much baggage to get things done at the pace I'd like. I'm procrastinating enormously, I'm behind on three commissions, I'm behind on paid stories, behind on Patreon stories, and...it just adds up! And I don't see a way to fix that except to return to form and by freezing things, I'll be able to clean up all of that (and NOT take on any more of a workload until things are good, haha) and get back to normal.

Phew.

To reiterate though: I am not taking October off, simply giving myself breathing room. There will (God, I hope!) be releases, and hopefully some that extend beyond the delayed things - I want to catch up mostly, but getting ahead will be ideal.

Secondly, I am optimistic that I'll get Three's a Crowd's sixth chapter out either tomorrow morning, or by Tuesday. I seem to have had the added bonus of taking ill with something, because the universe clearly hates my guts right now, so Tuesday is a lot more likely than tomorrow.

Thirdly, I'll reduce the rate of paid things to the level I can manage, until I've caught up with all the delayed things. When I get time in a day, I'll continue (still working on the Cosplayer chapter four) but otherwise, the focus will be on the Patreon things.

Right, I'm done for now. Things will get better, I'll be back to my usual self, I'm sure of it. I appreciate all your support and patience, it means the world. I like doing this, I like writing these stories, but this past month has been a fucking shit-show of things and it's easy to forget that life is like that sometimes, when ordinarily I am a smut-making machine.
