2023-09-10 12:42:35 +0000 UTCit's worth mentioning that part of the mental health treatment process is trialing things to see what works best for you. If you don't like your therapist--get a new one; if you don't like your meds' side-effects--find new meds; if you don't like your exercise routine--get a new one. I've met countless people who completely gave up on therapy or meds because of some bad experiences (their own or otherwise).

You literally do not need to love or like someone because you are related. If someone loves you they will not treat you like shit or like a lower being. Stay happy and be loved y'all
