As far as chiropractors go, I'm personally a bit skeptical. I know there are good ones out there that actually help people with certain conditions and take time before they even touch you to get x-rays and observe how your body acts in just walking around, but those can be rare to find. My aunt recently went to one after my sister recommended it, cause my aunt has to use a walker and has a pretty bad limp...the chiro told her she had a broken hip. That's crazy to find out because it's not like my aunt avoids going to her regular doctor, but it took a chiropractor to figure out she had a broken hip. So there's good things like that...but then I'll here a story about a paramedic having to physically restrain a chiro at a car crash scene who claimed to be a doctor and insisted that the victim just needed a neck adjustment.

Chiropractics is quack science. Just look at it’s origins for all the proof you need. It does actually help some people—but that doesn’t make it actual science. Chiropractors have no liability when it comes to hurting you. I remember Asmon saying a month or so ago on stream that he was thinking about having his dad try one out—I really don’t think that’s wise (unless I guess that chiropractor has been vetted by others). They might help, and they might also just hurt him. People should check out physical therapists before they try something riskier (most healthcare plans cover real physical therapy). Feel free to go in for a trial session and grill the people there—I think you’ll find they’re con artists, as I did. Very nice people maybe—but con artists in any case.
