In Eliza's story mode there's a wonderful scene where she mummifies another cast member ( https://youtu.be/kn2jQSdbVVQ?t=23m5s ) and so it was pretty much unanimously agreed that she should take a taste of her own medicine. Of course, since she actually has a few animations that involve her mummifying herself anyway ( https://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/skullgirls/images/9/93/Concept_eliza_recovery_2.png )... bring in the shapeshifter! Wham-bam, it's a mummification picture AND an identity theft picture in one!!
