First off is a legally distinct (and none actionable) super hero outfit... Lets call it the "The Patriot"... or in Nikki's case, "Lady Liberty"....

That's exactly what it's supposed to be! It reminded me of something you might see in a fallout game so I put it in Nikki's room with a few other props
