Once again I plunge into my inner world. I feel infernal algorithms in my mind. They sound like “Faster, faster, faster. You don't have much time. You need to do it faster. You only have one life. You need to achieve social status, make money, find friends, find love. Get, get, get the outer elements. You are not enough for yourself. You cannot be your source of life and joy. You are nothing without society. Get our approval. " These programs involve the adrenal glands. I feel a spasm in my kidney area. Then there is a violation of the heart rate. The rhythm is accelerating. Apparently, these programs trigger an increased production of adrenal hormones. Cortisol and adrenaline speed up the heart rate. You seem to be constantly ready to run somewhere. Such programs , if not destroyed, will lead to serious irregularities in the heart rhythm and malnutrition of the heart muscle. .... Now I will create a medicine to destroy this delirium.)) .... I am a free consciousness, a spirit. I live in an eternal universe. My soul is eternal. There is me and eternity. Infernal society can rush anywhere, it is none of my business. I have my own life and my own cosmic unique rhythm of life. I am my source of life and joy, and I am enough for me. I'm not going to run after external property (money, people, status, love, friends). I don't need external sources.... A star shines from the inside out. A star warms itself up with its inner warmth and light. A star does not emit light in order to receive something or help or please someone. Radiation of heat and light is simply a natural process in the life of a star. This is the joy of a star, born in its freedom from everything, the joy of living its dream. ...The soul is initially full of nirvana, don't build walls of infernal algorithms between yourself and your soul. Don't encapsulate yourself. Don't cut yourself off from your eternal inner world of happiness.
