well, the question was original axis so does consist of the soviet union. they were part of the allies after the invasion of the soviet union by the Germans in June of '41. but prior to this, they were in the axis as they signed the German-Soviet Nonaggression Pact which stated that they shall not attack each other for at least ten years.

Although it would probably be funnier if slime won, Aiden should have won even harder. Lud was just plain wrong about the number of countries. Unless he wants to argue that Palestine or Vatican are not countries, which would probably piss off a lot of people, the answer is 100% 197. Lud also literally said "Your time starts now" to Aiden when starting the circumference question and then says there was no time limit?? Gaslighting Aiden is hilarious but sometimes you just have to admit you're wrong. The man is going to lose his mind some day.

I think Lud thought 4 made it easier because then the area of a circle's formula (pi*radius^2) would work out the same way but Aiden said the formula out loud and used the right one regardless.

Yea, that's what Lud was trying to say made it easier for Aiden but Aiden said it's pi*diameter so he used the right formula. A different diameter would only change if he used the wrong formula. He just rounded pi to the tenths place.

I don't get that, the question would be just as hard if he said the diameter was 5. 2*radius*pi is the same as diameter*pi and Aiden knew the formula was diameter*pi. He just did 4*3.1=12.4 instead of 4*3.14=12.56. If the diameter was 5, he'd say 15.5 which would be right (with rounding pi to 3.1) and just as easy. Lud was saying a diameter of 4 made it easier because in the moment he thought 4 happened to work out easier with 2*radius when it didn't. He was thinking of like pi*radius^2 where you'd have to do 4/2 first.
