It would mostly make girls feel insecure because they expect guys to be super sensitive. But now I nut way too fast w/ my girlfriend and it kinda sucks. I prefer to have time to let them get off. I don't wanna be that stereotypical guy who just can't do it lol.

No joke, hold your breath, it’ll increase your blood pressure and make it harder and more sensitive which makes it way easier to cum.
