Alright some rule changes :C

My apologies but I think I need to change the raffles to something else , tho I'm going to give the people who has pledged a lot before and didn't get a chance on the artwork or doodly
So here's the thing on how I'm going to settle this , shoot me if this sounds too unfair D:
- Patrons who has donated less then 15$ in their lifetime will not get the free artwork , sorry :c , hopefully the exclusives are enough to suffice
- Patrons who has donated more then 15$ in their lifetime will get a free doodly
- Patrons who has donated more then 25$ in their lifetime will get a free flat colour'd artwork
- Patrons who previously won an artwork before will be excluded , sorry again D:
I'll do the checklist on who get it and didn't get it tomorrow , I'm freakin' tired and a bit stressed at the moment with all the things been going on lately
