What's Up Next? Finale (for now)

Hey there, this is B. It's been a while since I updated you, there's a couple of things we need to talk about, but first, I want to mention something important. I've lost a family member not so long ago, I have not been in a good mood to work, and, definitely not in a good mood to write these posts, at first I thought asking GMR to cover me up and take over, but, we haven't been in contact in a while and I don't want to disturb him anymore. I had no other option but to pause for a moment and try to heal, and so I did, and even though I'm not fully recovered yet, I'm trying to move on.

I think you deserve to know why I'm pausing and delaying stuff, but I'm not going to touch this topic again nor answer questions about anything related to it, it's highly personal, and I would really appreciate if you could respect my decision. I don't want to mix my personal life with the whole GMR thing, this was nothing but an unfortunate exception. With that being said, let's talk about something else.

I've been recently working with the remaining sets in queue, and I've finally finished them all, and they're already scheduled to be posted whenever the time is due, wait for them!! Some of those won't be posted, since they were left on stand by for too long. I'm not willing to work on them anymore.

Now, news!! I've working on a special set for Ultra fans only, and as I was working on it, I realize that I'm pretty good with angles sometimes, but I'm also pretty bad some other times, and here's what I mean:

This is the first illustration for one of the upcoming sets, looks pretty… average, doesn't it? Well, I spent nearly TWO DAYS trying to get Bulma in position. I tried using posing references, I tried NOT using them, I used a body chan, I used a body kun, I asked a friend for help, I had my friend posing for quite a long time (it was as uncomfortable as it sounds), and at the end... I used none of those, and went back to not use references... Yeah, disappointing.

In the other hand, I got this shot done in 2 minutes:

I'm confused…

Yeah, it's not like, "the greatest perspective illustration ever", I know, but it is still a harder shot with a better result than the other one, made in WAY less time.

It just... makes no sense.

I wasn't going to announce the new exclusive set like this, but, based on the rough sketch, I guess you people already know what's coming up next. Nearly 30 illustrations were created or redrawn to complete that set, so yeah, it will be HUGE, probably the largest set so far, and it will be available for Ultra Fans in a couple of weeks. ^^

I'm not sure if I will ever release that set for the rest, it's not the plan, I want that to be exclusive, but if I change my mind, I'll let you guys know, maybe I'll need Ultra fan's opinion on that... Maybe, don't know yet, just wait.

And that's seems to be it! That's everything I needed to talk about for now. This will be the last sneak peek, at least for the current queue, whenever I reopen requests, I will also start posting new sneak peeks, and for those, I also want to know what you people would like to see in the future? I'm currently planning to show you the full process of a drawing of mine for the current set I could beq working with, and also, maybe answering some FAQ you may have, but let me know if you have any other ideas as well.

It's been quite a journey, I'm really tired of this year, I'm just hoping that 2025 turns out to be a better time.
