2022-04-08 23:14:09 +0000 UTCThere are 2 likely reasons Sam was out of breath when she exited hatch. 1. She was still recovering from the drug injection. and 2. Depending on what level she started on she just climbed an incredibly high ladder, possibly 1000 feet or 333 meters..
