If this was a combat scene, the piece would instead showcase an empty platform and a small flailing dot at the bottom of the abyss.

Thank you for the thoughtful comment Andrew! I put a lot of thought into the frame, redesigning it 3-4 times to make sure it drew the eye to the character, so it makes me really happy to hear I got it right! =)
