Damn , i fell in my bathroom , luckily i didn't break my back , i'm fine! Nobody here want a Kishi's broken back season 2 ( for those who remembers, it was back then , one of the only thing that prevented me to upload stuff for days)
It's legs day , at the end of the workout they are too weak to do even a single bodyweight squatt, i was taking a shower , i remembered a funny video i saw long time ago ,it made me laugh and it made my knees bend a little and BOOM instant fall 💀💀💀
