I’ve been working on this ready for Halloween as an excuse to figure out some concepts for Chapter 4. Hope you enjoy it.
The boil technique is something I’ve been developing for sometime, as well as a couple of other things- little sample anims like this are great for experimentation.
With little ideas like this, chapter 4 is looking to be one of the most interesting in the whole book!

Hi Mark. Glad the book’s been so useful! Chapter 4 won’t be ready until the new year I’m afraid, but I’m really excited about what it’s going to contain. I’m going to try and at least post some bits and pieces of it in the coming weeks.
