Next Harmony Guide Advert

Those who follow me on Instagram - http://www.instagram.com/oliputland - will notice I’ve been faffing about with a set of comic book characters I’ve created out of nowhere.
These designs are actually going to be made in Toon Boom Harmony for a new advert I’m going to make for the Guide. I wanted to test out some new ideas and theories on a more human character, and the advert is a perfect ‘petri dish’ for that kind of experimentation so there you go.
Work has been a little slower on this endeavour than all the other adverts for several reasons, not least of which my Grandmother being admitted to hospital due to COVID 19 and a bad fall, though amazingly she is doing exceptionally well and with any luck should be out again in the next few months.
What I may try and do is put up some videos in the next few days showing the process of making the various characters and the advert itself to give you an idea of the sort of challenges the creation of a puppet brings up, and how it’s animated at the end.
I’ll keep y’all posted. And like always, you lovely Patreon people will get a first glimpse.
