Agghhhh!

Ok, so this is a post which it infuriates me to have to make- and will clarify the reason why I’ve been so silent recently.

Several times recently I’ve almost been ready to get the Kaboom series off the ground and time and time again, things have gotten in the way- Namely: Wix’s lack of international tax assistance, Etsy’s uploading limit, Amazon’s megabyte limit, Blurb’s book shape issues etc etc- the list goes on.

Anyway- I am in the process of converting the books (once and for all) using Affinity Publisher instead of Apple Pages- the reason being that changes can be made much more effortlessly with this than with Pages and since I’m dispensing with the epub format entirely from now on, it will allow me to actually produce physical books instead as well as PDFs.

I am using a company called LuLu to get the books out there, and hardback, paperback and PDF books will be available VERY soon- (fingers crossed).

On top of that, more crisiss at home with my family has meant pausing my schedule from time to time to organise things while my grandparents are moved from one mad situation to another.

Suffice to say- there are an awful lot of steps forward, but just as many steps backwards, and it’s driving me crazy.

Anyway.

A kaboom website for the books, has been created to be unvailed when the books are actually ready (FEBRUARY IF IT KILLS ME!!!!)

ToonZoom is postponed while I sort it all out to become a pay per view service instead.

Ready Made Rigs to be released sometime within the next few months…

I feel so frustrated that all this is taking as long as it is, believe me, but I know that once this book’s dam is breached within the next 30 days, there’s going to be loads of stuff happening in fairly quick succession.
